If I send an email using Outlook Express to a number of addresses, each person receives the list of addresses the message has gone to. Can I prevent this without having to send out individual emails?
Yes. The method is very easy, but carefully hidden. From the Outlook Express message composition window select View, All Headers. This will open up an extra address field above the 'Subject:' line, captioned 'Bcc:', which stands for blind carbon copy. Any addresses typed in here will not appear in the message itself.
